BenQ BL3201PH (4K) vs Dell P2715Q (4K) vs Benq BL3200PT (WQHD)

up until got new 2015 15" mbpr(amd), highest resolution on monitor dell 24" 1920x1200 display. mac's retina display starting make "full hd" little shabby i'm living it. however, need more real estate on external display in market new larger display. considering 3 displays listed in title.

benq 32" 4k, dell 27"4k , benq 32" qhd monitors $900 (amazon), $500 (amazon), , $377 (refurbished through benq on ebay).

i'd using monitor web development , other coding, , preferably use mbp in clamshell mode , rely entirely on external display. worry dell 27" 4k because it's not bigger current dell, plus wake issues everyone's talking about. benq 32" 4k want $900 price super hard swallow. benq wqhd resolution model seems safest play. tons of real estate in rock solid product has great reviews, none of "4k headaches" of new displays seem have. wonder if ppi problem though. 2560x1440 @ 32" has lower ppi current dell. bummer.

has here grappled these issues? or have experience 2 or more of monitors i'm looking at? advice appreciated.

i have bl3201ph. it's amazing gorgeous monitor, unless you're going run @ native res or 1080p retina, might have bit of problem powering display. run mine in 2560x1440 mode decent trade off of performance , space, , it's not 100% smooth on gt750m. might have better chance having better mgpu though.

@ 32", 4k native way small use. saving grace media displayed @ 1:1 despite hires being on, i'm still taking advantage of 4k display, makes content seem pathetically small!
