MacBook Pro 2012 Optical Drive screws stripped!


i screwed half hour ago.
exited replace optical bay hard drive caddy, , rid of thing never used. i've opened mac few times before change hdd , ssd, first time tinkering optical drive.

anyways, encountered 2 screws impossible me remove , got stripped max. browsed threads people recommended, rubber bands, soldering, glue, none of worked or ideal me.

did optical drive removed, after bit bending accidentally snapped... able fit caddy in there, wasn't able screw down because "sitting" on damn screws there.

screwed , should of read posts before started. know how can remove these screws? after cd drive broke off, pliers have big, should needle nose pliers , try?

isn't first time opening laptop tinkering on inside, hell surprised @ tightness of these screws!
