5K Retina iMac HD question


i have spare 1tb pci-ssd blade new mac pro purchase , use in new late 2015 retina imac. considering getting 1tb fusion drive , using blade primary hd, don't know if it's possible.i've looked @ guides upgrading fusion drive not upgrading pci-ssd hardware , using os. or maybe purchase 256gb ssd instead of fusion drive? i'm fine either fusion hd or ssd, primary question revolves around using spare 1tb pci-ssd primary partition.

advice appreciated.
 

in theory should slot in in place of existing ssd, on ifixit.com mac upgrade , repair guides.
