AppleTV HDMI Shorts Denon Receiver


hi, had apple tv less month. has worked fine in setup hooked in receiver tv. last night in middle of streaming plex movie receiver turns off. after lot of troubleshooting start testing each component. roku works fine, cable box works fine, dvd works fine, switched hdmi inputs. tried different hdmi cables, every time plug in apple tv receiver shorts. called apple support, idot squad on duty , after explaining above asks if there other devices plugged in, , 'sounds rest of system has problem'. said , hung up. else can troubleshoot this? somewhere last night found web page claimed people had returned apple tvs faulty hdmi output, cannot find show apple store morning. ideas, suggestions on additional troubleshooting?

if not clear, worked fine time. stopped working no changes in system.

i think if search on product hdmi, @ point claims have returned due faulty hdmi output. denon known have hdmi issues , it's sounds you're experiencing 1 of them -- way know sure plug hdmi-equipped receiver setup , see if same thing.
