i've been thinking time , curious others thought of practices of geniuses @ apple stores during support cases. basically, if bring in defective device iphone, many times ask unlock take review. simple dust in camera lens.

on mac side, want password apple id tied account. document said password systems. not alarm anyone?

when see events "frappening", kinda makes wonder. thoughts?
