Can anyone help me? Phone stuck at apple logo after factory reset


hey guys, i' coming android, don't have experience troubleshooting iphones. did factory reset (erase content, etc.) , it's stuck @ apple logo. when first boots on theirs little loading white line underneath life if loading up, goes away , i'm stuck @ logo.

tried hard reset, plugged itunes, i'm not sure do.

 

try connecting phone computer itunes. shut if off. now, put in dfu mode (google it; when in dfu mode there nothing showing on scree). when itunes detects iphone in recovery mode upgrade , restore.

happens after that?
