iphone 4s or iPod touch 6


so have iphone 4s 16gb works fine(before wifi , bluetooth didn't work used blow dryer , fixed it) kinda want sell , ipod touch 6. i'm not sure if it's worth it. can use data get/make phone calls. please , model should get
edit: used have iphone 5s sold because t-mobile said upgrade lied , can't upgrade till february. 32gb had 13gb of music apps kinda want watch movies on (007) should 64 or 128.
