Clean Install El Capitan


hi guys,

2011 mbp sluggish decided on performing clean install of el capitan , searched numerous websites via google on how this. followed instructed on website stated:

however, expecting have reinstall apps via app store, strangely, after reinstall many if not apps there. has left me feeling have not performed proper clean install. want redo clean install, however, grateful if guys can confirm whether information link complete or whether missing. alternatively, can provide me full details / instructions how perform clean install.

that site accurate , "clean install." sure did not miss step (quote below)?

apps part of os , reinstalled, other ilife , iworks apps not included. apps seeing makes think did not clean install?

after did clean install , rebooted should have run setup wizard prompted make new account. did happen?
