How to draw red horizontal lines in Word 2011

hello, have been given word file table. need add red horizontal lines across table. net, learned 2 ways:

1. press --- , hit return. works horizontal line not cross vertical lines of table. cannot change color black red.

2. use horizontal clip art. can draw line across table has shadow , in black. cannot change features.

please let me know how draw red horizontal line across table? thanks.

perhaps if put word in publishing mode allow draw red horizontal line. have not tried don't know if work.
