iOS 'magically' restricts explicit content even though restrictions are off


since ios 9 keep having issues, restrictions. every single day, @ least twice forced enable restrictions, allow explicit content , turn off again.. wouldn't of problem me if didn't have apple music, @ least on free trial, otherwise cancel subscription in heartbeat.

far know: resetting settings or restoring ios not help.

have same issue me?
 

are minor and/or on family sharing?
