6s keeps randomly waking up?


for past few days, phone has started waking @ (seemingly) random intervals.

sitting on desk, locked , screen off , of sudden "touch id or enter passcode" screen appear no apparent reason.

when unlock device, there no notifications or anything?

ideas causing this?
