iOS 9 compresses iMessage video?


my wife's iphone 6 running ios 9.0.2. iphone 6 running ios 8.4.

prior installing ios 9 on device, imessage videos sent via wifi full resolution. since installing ios 9, pixelated (compressed). minimal, there.

case both ways. ie, doesn't matter if (ios 8) send (ios9) or vice versa.

if airdrop, videos full resolution.

done intentionally apple, or ios 9.1 fix this?

 

i don't know if are, can try , see if downloading videos on respective recipient devices , compare sizes , resolutions on desktop. don't send videos not concern me much.
