Iphone Hacked?/Spyware "mediaremoted"


i believe iphone 5s may have been hacked or there sort of spyware on it. know how see if has been or if spyware there? i'd rather not have restore factory settings if possible.

i'm not sure if phone has been jailbroken - when spotlight search cydia nothing comes may have been hidden , jailbroken , wouldn't know it.

in diagnostic & data usage noticed "mediaremoted" being used @ times when have not been awake or using it. great!
 

google search process name. it's possible os processes running in background w/o user actively using device.
