Thunderbolt Display resolution question


hi all, purchased thunderbolt display reasonable price apple refurbished deals. in desperate need of external monitor pair macbook pro 15" due limited working screen space. know display out dated , have 4/5k monitors available us. wanted stick apple display now.

question seeing macbook pro retina display. overall quality lower on display of images etc, give non retina display look. i'm not clued on resolution , resizing. have not used 1 before. did not have time check out @ apple store.

yes... resolution when using tb display lower, don't find distracting or particularly noticeable. use tbd 13" rmbp.

me images pretty same, can notice difference in text. think end leaning little more larger display on desk, makes difference less noticeable when hunched on laptop closer smaller screen.
