iPhone 6S not always loading webpages


hi all

on iphone 6s safari show loading bar when i'm navigating website. bar 100%, page stops loading, it's blank white screen. can scroll , down on blank white screen, there's nothing there. have reload page appear.

know problem , how fix it? connected home wifi there's nothing wrong internet connection.

same problem here on 6s+ problem started yesterday. running 9.0.2.
