iPhone Apple store repair- remove JB?


hello,

have grey patch on top left of screen below signal indicator dots , network provider name , have spoken apple rep it. phone going genius bar on saturday , question better restoring , removing jailbreak or take chance , hiding visible signs of jailbreak?

in advance.
 

obviously if restore lose jailbreak, should last resort. if you're worried jailbreak being discovered, can shut phone down , reboot while holding down top volume button; boot safe mode without sign of jailbreak. luck can fix issue without replacing phone. i'm guessing @ point replacement phones have @ least ios 9.1 preinstalled on them, , you'll sol.
