Mac Pro Early 2008 Benchmarks Comparison

i know it'll complete waste of thread, figured i'd post findings. ran few benchmarks had installed, would've loved more require installing more games, application , bandwidth.

pleasantly surprised see 2008 mac pro still relevant , based on tests compared other reviewers using same graphics card scores either close or better. based on there no cpu bottleneck benchmarks ran, there minor differences within margin of error.

keep in mind isn't going 100% accurate representation because each site used different drivers, think gives general idea if you're looking purchase used mac pro.. tested windows 10 performance there wasn't else compare to. ps: 7950 crippled on mac osx if have mac pro 3,1 due compatibility issue performs acceptably though not fast in windows.

didn't save screenshots guys, you'll have take word :p. impressed 2008 xeon handle modern games, every thread reading people said processor bottleneck despite 8 core doesn't appear case @ all.

not sure performance differ in higher resolutions or different games/benchmarks. able come out with. far i'm super happy spent $400(canadian) on mac pro + $130 7950.. although wouldn't recommend buying 7950 legit mac 1 because won't work correctly on mac pro 3,1. should natively supported gtx cards

as charter member of 2008 club, hereby vote not wasted thread! :p
