MBP mid-2012 does not wake up from sleep when internal drive is an SSD


whenever have ssd (crucial mx100 or samsung 850) internal hard drive, macbook has problems sleep/wake. if unplug (run on battery) macbook , let sleep, ssd (or stock hard drive) not wake up. work second it'll freeze few , flash white screen , reboot. happens when close laptop while it's plugged in , try reopen it. happen randomly after few hours of using computer (and possibly letting sleep in-between).

solutions tried:
1. reseting smc
2. installing os x via usb , installing when it's internal drive
3. reinstalling os x
4. repairing drive in disk utility

solutions worked @ first (for few days), failed:
1. replacing hard drive cable. (no problems month)
2. preventing drive going sleep in settings

can boot ssd usb enclosure fine.

when have ssd internal drive, prohibitory sign @ boot , file system appear corrupted. minute put ssd in usb enclosure, works again (even after appeared corrupt internal drive). smart fails on drive , other times passes.

once booted , heard beeps, however, ram sticks , i've tested them several times.

going on? know?

also, have high data error counts in drivedx ssds. stock hard drive has data error count of zero. stock hard drive fine internal drive , has no problem sleep or wake.

update: after reinstalling stock hard drive , having success day. experiencing same problem stock hard drive.

how can guarantee macbook crash:
1. unplug charger
2. let go sleep
3. reopen , should crash within 2 hours

potentially related issue: magsafe light dim.
 

which version of os x this? el capitan?

sounds need new ssd.
