Remote configuration and simplification.


hello. bought new apple tv , want join "home theatre" set up. set consists of following: lg 43" 1080p tv, rogers cable box, sony blu-ray player s5500, sony ht-ct380 sound bar , apple tv. cable tv may end getting cancelled cause may need apple tv. set system have least amount of remotes in use possible. devices listed have remotes. ideal set connect cable, bd player , atv sound bar via hdmi , hdmi tv. i'd switch inputs on sound bar. right connected tv , it's optical audio sound bar. how can configure atv remote can eliminate lg tv remote? seem able atv remote turn on tv , atv @ same time. can't seem turn off tv if i'm watching cable or blu-ray. if want watch cable tv or blu-ray shouldn't have turn on atv when turn on tv. how can when turn on atv , tv switches tv input automatically? right atv connected tv when turn them on doesn't switch tv input blank screen. have switch input tv remote. sorry questions. i'm new atv world. think turning on/off tv exclusively atv remote biggest concern. shouldn't have switch inputs atv put sleep , therefore turn off tv.
