Apple Pay, Target app and Discover Card


so, trying make purchase using target app, , discover card 10% cashback bonus , says discover card not available in app payments. have idea how make discover card available in app payments?

i don't know why card doesn't work, wouldn't 10% anyway. it's in-store purchases (see here).
