How do I transfer all of the data from an old iPhone to a new one?


hey guys,

i've never "backed up" iphone because i've never had reason to. however, i'm expecting new iphone coming in mail today , i'd know how can transfer - contacts, text threads, pictures, apps, search histories, emails, music, account/password memorization etc. on new phone?

there such way? can re-download apps, there way can text threads , histories backed on new phone?


if so, how do it?

backup - either icloud or itunes. prefer itunes encrypted backup transfers health data. need renter apple id password. others should brought in. few app passwords may need renter.
