Ios 9.1 TouchID unlock activating siri (5s) + worth upgrading to ios9.2b4?


hey guys.. know if 9.2 improves performance degree? 9.1 (final) unlike betas seem slower on both devices (ipad4, 5s) did restore on both of them , seems same. battery life meh tolerable.

above all, trying unlock 5s tends activate siri - experiencing too? thanks!
 

i have exact same devices , believe me, suffered lot both of these devices performance good, ipad 4 extremely bad ios 8, got little better ios 9, 9.1. feels amazing 9.2, on 75% of lag totally gone. app switcher feeling better, in 90 % of cases doesn't lag @ all. iphone 5s amazing 8.4 got worse 9 , 9.1, didn't try 9.2, downgraded last version of ios 8 (8.4.1) performs has lot of battery drain bugs ruin experience, i've watched videos on 9.2 , looks pretty me, still not better @ performance compared 8.4.1 closer. hope battery issues gone. have take care not use phone time wouldn't charge 2 times daily. ios 9.1 engineered bad single beta. ios 9.2 somehow great apple has done job it, took perfect time details fix them , prevent lags , bugs. think apple preparing big beta 5 didn't still come out , it's been 2 weeks since ios 9.2 b4 came out. wait 9.2 come out , believe me it's not comparable 9.1. hope reply has somehow helped :)
