Convert jpg to pdf while retaining existing OS X tags


i academic historian, these days means have tens of thousands of images of archival documents use conduct research. have tagged these images using tagging system in os x. variety of reasons, helpful me convert these images jpg pdf form. there doesn't seem easy way without losing associated tags — huge amount of work.

thoughts on how might this? possibly automator script?

appreciate suggestions. benefit of scholarship!
 

to convert jpg pdf, preview can handle well, seems keep line, box, arrow etc in pdf. maybe third party application convert tagged picture pdf file, recommend pdf creator application you, provides trial version, can download trial , convert tagged picture pdf. not sure keep tag in pdf file, guess tag maybe can't convert new created pdf. hopefully, find solution soon.
