Help Activating Phone


i exchanged phone today in apple store , didn't realize it's not activated. verizon shows old phone on account. verizon closed , apple says can't anything. have tips on how activate service? thinking changing sim card number new sim card came in phone work don't know how manually access system. seems when used work verizon there special way phone settings these kinds of things. appreciated.
 

does verizon's site have way "activate phone?"

had similar issue 2 weeks ago. apple had problem activating sprint iphones left without phone activated. logged sprint account online , had link "activate" new phone.

turned out esn swap. indicated site, old phone , gave site imei of new phone , there option reuse old sim.

if there @ on verizon's site might give try.
