Apple repair service sucks

my iphone 6+ has isight camera fault causes photo's blurred.

in spite of apple admitting know fault model , caused component failure, trying mine fixed nightmare.
i've read other posts on here of people's experiences , thought i'd share mine:
tried appointment @ genius bar have fault fixed, appointments on week in advance, tried apple chat , asked if there alternative, i.e. mail me out replacement. helpful bot (?) said no, repair-only thing, , offer advice turn @ apple store , see if ad-hoc.
well, visited store, brent x in london, waited see 1 of 2 people handling queries, , told no, have make genius bar appointment, , usual have wait on week these. , no, couldn't leave them repair , me collect @ later date.
have repaired think should have been subject of recall anyway, have wait until xmas eve appointment.
apple seem selling these days, seem big can afford arrogant customers wanting service. it's no wonder hackers targeting products these days, never had in past.

 

the week wait appointment isn't because feel being dicks, demand appointments insane, hence why week in advance thing.

memory, uk stores have limited capacity walk-ins first thing in morning. you'd have there either opening or before; , prepared wait. apple support sucks well, because don't tell customers turn in middle of day when there no more appointments left.

edit: try apple support again , see if next representative offers alternative solution. when 6+ had shifted front camera, couldn't bothered stores , arranged express replacement. free me under applecare+ or £29 if don't. put hold on account though retail value of phone, replacement shipped out next day.
