Carrier Using iPhone in another country


i'm going traveling australia , canada starting next week year. i'll getting sim cards on there , wondering if can put them in or if i'll have change region settings on phone. wanted leave settings same can carry on using uk app store , apple music account. wasn't sure if set uk if possibly affect carrier country.

thoughts?
 

i've never noticed differences app store usage when using foreign sim. hazard guess account location specificity tied account (and icloud log in) , not potentially shifting location. totally wrong have never paid attention , things seem work usual.

you'll want invest in vpn there may local (uk) websites might want access.
