how to keep voice iMessages on mac?


i have ios devices set save voice imessages forever automatically. however, on mac, noticed if dont manually press "keep" button, voice messages disappear after few minutes. can make mac behave same ios in terms of automatically keeping voice imessages forever?

using mac os x 10.11.1
