I need to access my old user account with all my presets.


hi, 3 weeks ago had little issue battery, disconnected , during operation shut whole comp down, upon opening mac again, had use disk warior restore files, not pretty, luckily got in new user, access files through cmd/shft c , folders etc.

want regain control of account now, has important firefox tabs on there , tbh newer account set temp slow compared, have 16gb should not slow.

here's spec.

mac pro 2011
500gb
16gb
10.7.?

head if set new user same name log in need do, did not work me sadly.

says 'user in use" can not see anywhere.

have ideas please?

if battery dead may throttle whole computer half speed on until replace have seen similar on other mbp's period.

not sure on user account thing may explain slow computer.
