iPhone 6S+ Earpiece Crackling


hey folks,

got new new 6s+ , noticed when talking on phone, noticed mild crackling though earpiece speaker (not speaker @ bottom of phone) damaged. goes away if turn volume down 70% or if person on other end of line speaks @ normal volume. occurs bother love voice calls or when listening voicemail if calling party speaking loudly.

, issue 6. 6s+ have nice clarity on t-mobile's hd voice network. has more bass vs 6, adds warmth other party's voice, old fashion landline.

noted 6+ owner's complaining similar issues last year , exchanging phones made little difference.

in advance input.

ps.

volume level on new 6s+ louder @ highest setting. wife has old 6 , full volume 70% on new phone. maybe related issue.
