TM backup items removed then no new backups


hi,
10.9.5, , time machine backups on lan.
items removed tm backup, star-wars display, not tm exclusion rules.
these apps of big size updated , generate huge amount of backup data:
safari, numbers, pages, keynote, 3rd party apps well.
means needs of mac sufficient enough have 1 backup of every such app corresponding current status. therefore subsequently removal described above tm backup process started.
based on number of removed backup items , these names estimated
size of next backup somewhere between 1 , 2gb. problem backup following backup items removal operation include 30 50mb of data (several attempts made). means tm
not include apps in backup removed.
for affected apps there no exclusion rule!
possible reason of behaviour? how fix?
 

this happens me sometimes. i have discovered, through trial & error, if disconnect tm backup disk , restart mac & re-connect backup drive - catches up. not case however.
