Can I use HMT451U7AFR8C-RD from Mac Pro (Late 2013) in a non-ECC motherboard?


hey there, kokos, welcome macrumors.

personally, not sure particular motherboard, in experience, motherboards accept ecc memory, not maintain ecc functionality it. example, have asus x58 motherboard uses spare ecc ram had lying around 2009 mac pro. no ecc, of course, sees memory , functional. if have parts lying around, won't hurt try.
