bought unopened iphone on ebay. it's wanting me activate phone under ebay sellers number. don't have last 4 of social security or billing zip code. tried restoring iphone in itunes , tried putting in old sim card wants seller input ss , billing zip code matches number.

how can around don't have brick? appreciated!
 

ask seller info. if not, needs take phone back.
