HELP!!!! El Capitan won't start! Error message! Help!!


updated macbook pro el capitan , when restarted , log in on home page (picture attached) overlayed black-white error text , restarts , whole thing happens on , on again. tried resetting pram nothing. help!!!!

looks had incomplete upgrade el capitan. have backup can boot reinstall el capitan?
