iMac 5k 27 inch Volume too loud


the volume loud. have on lowest setting it's loud. went system preferences , adjusted lowest possible setting. doesn't sound right.
 

odd. when set mine lowest volume it's quite quiet. listening song in itunes? programs play audio have in app ability adjust sound (a little bar can move right/left).
