Not enough iCloud storage even I have 3.45GB empty space


hello, bought iphone 6s+ around christmas. receive message saying:

not enough storage
iphone cannot backed because there not enough icloud storage available. can manage storage in settings.

checked icloud storage. has 3.45gb unused space. there nothing in expect there automatically created folder called textedit 0 item.

going on?
 

you might had accidentally tried dump large file(s) or temporary glitch; however, if isn't case , can't store files on icloud contact apple.
