Purchased Alert Tone wont work???


hi all,

got new iphone 6s last week. first thing did purchase r2d2:curt alert tone itunes store , set alert incoming imessages. working perfectly. on weekend phone ran dead before charge saturday morning. absolutely not use r2d2 alert tone incoming imessages. reverts default tone (the little ding). can select other built in alert , stay on one, when select r2d2 1 list, not use one, goes default one, though r2d2 checked in list , when click on it, plays r2d2 tone. when new imessage comes in...ding. i've synced itunes several times (even though made purchase directly on phone). i've done hard reset several times in row, i've done plain power off/power on...nothing works. such frustrating issue. clues how fix this?????
 

same thing happened me. same exact tone too. wish remember fixed somehow started working. i'd try deleting , re installing it. love tone.
