Confused about iMac

looking @ getting refurbished imac. spec is;

27-inch imac 3.3ghz quad-core intel core i5 retina display.
8gb memory
1tb hard drive

how future proof please? business laptop used spreadsheets, tableau, emails , nothing intensive photo or video editing.

other query display - can hook second display in? , can second display matches first ? (ocd)

if not,do need mac pro 2 matching displays?

well if wanting laptop you're going pretty disappointed 27" imac.

future proofing, you'll fine. 09 macbook 4gb still working great exact same things described.
