Mac Pro Mid 2010 (MacPro5,1) and Windows 10 – Startup Disk not working


i have managed install windows 10 on separate drive , boot camp drivers (i know not use windows 10) , can start windows 10 , launch startup disk tool there, changes doesn't stick. works if in os x. guess might have rootless restrictions in el capitan or something?

so, problem if change startup disk drive windows 10 don't have way go os x after that, since can use startup manager (i.e. holding down alt during boot) since graphics card use (non-mac version) doesn't give video during phase.

ideas?
here who's using macpro5,1 windows 10 , os x , non-mac graphics card?
