Airport Extreme file access problems


hey

have been encountering problem kind of hard describe in 1 line. here long version:

have airport time capsule , 3 external hdds attached via usb hub. both hub , external drives power plug, airport not have provide in respect.

when access these drives via network, e.g. want watch movie stored on 1 of drives, click on time capsule in finder, access hard drive. starts spin takes few seconds. folder/file tree stored , can browse hard drive while it's still spinning up. while spins up, navigate file want access. , here comes problem: when hard drive can accessed , open movie, can't so, because "corrupted". other files work intended. navigate before drive accessible can not accessed. solve issue, have restart drive, wait everything, , navigate file.

annoying since bought new apple tv, , when browse itunes library of machine (which has external files in library) can't view movie. other files work. 1 navigated during spin-up not work.

know issue? there solutions?
