Dual Boot Mac OS X and Windows 7


i have macbok pro intel core i7 boot rom version mbp81.0047.b27 , windows 7 64 bit. have been dual booting couple years now,but has been in win 7. last couple weeks started work on mac os x, when turn on laptop goes straight mac os x , gets stuck on loading screen. waited literally 30 mins 1 hour , wouldn't stay on part. tried reboot several times , stuck on part. part talking see icon of mac bar @ bottom. similar image attached. there times boot os, that's after several attempts. i've been loooking online anything, haven't found solution yet. know happening , how can fix it?

have tried repair disk in boot mode? can access holding command + r after powering on computer , using disk utility repair os x partition. year mac , version of os x running?
