iPad Pro Some issues/questions.


since got pro 3 weeks ago, time time when ipad finished charge (i charge when sleep) video playback does't work app, including safari , have restart device see videos again. does't happen everyday had issue 4 times since 3 weeks. never had issue air 2 or ipad 4 before.

also, battery question, first time week end, let battery die @ 1% on pro. when die, able restart without plug in, last 2-3 minutes, , when dies good, device restart plug pro on charger. experience bad batteries, never indication battery, right? in normal case, when let battery die 100% 0%, ios device take 5 minutes restart, right?

think have bad device , should exchange or normal "issues" ipad pro? device works otherwise.
