iPhone 5C Home Button


just bought allegedly new iphone 5c ebay. apparently sealed new. 2 pieces of cellotape either side, i've never bought iphone 5c before, can't argue either way on this.

anyway, few images attached, regarding home button. found home button quite stiff , saw didn't have the square inside circular button. noticed top of button starting peel.

so, baring in mind brand new, not refurb (apparently), has seen home button or end this?

getting few stroppy responses off seller.
