Is going from a 2013 2.7ghz i7 to a 2015 2.5ghz i7 a downgrade?


so sold 2013 retina macbook pro 15 , had 2.7ghz i7.

i'm thinking of getting new 2015 model 2.5ghz i7 downgrading or losing speed?

should pay 240 upgrade 2.8ghgz i7 2-15 model?
