Movies on iPad Pro: SD or HD?


at 1 time read reviews saying ipad air, there no point getting hd movies because on small screen wouldn't see difference.

ipad pro? has done comparisons between sd , hd on ipp's amazing screen? there improvement hd? or screen still small difference in resolution show up?
 

my 40 year old eyes can see difference between sd , hd on air 2. considering how bigger pro is, watching sd on same hooking vhs vcr 65 inch 4k tv.
