cant assign my flashlight to the lock button via activator like iv used to...

i jailedbreak iphone 4 ios 7 pangu.
went good, iv installed activaor via cydia.
now, want assign flashlight on\off double press on lock button.
how it, please tell me if im doing wrong:
activator(main screen)---anywhere---lock screen double tab clock-----flashlight(activate\deactivate switch).
