Is it possible to have data recovery success with deleted Time Machine backups?

has ever had success or has known of has had success in using data recovery software such data rescue 4, recover ups time machine chose delete unknowingly user?

dealing troubling situation in both duplicate backups of data have had own near simultaneous disasters. thought 2 backup copies enough, know otherwise. best hope @ point recover data time machine external hard drive. network drive, however, cannot hook directly mbp. tried connecting via ethernet , mounted it, suspected, data rescue 4, still not see drive. going have crack open , connect directly.

before this, thought i'd ask if else has had luck method when comes time machine , recovering deleted backup data?

discovered @ same time other external hard drive crashing, recent available time machine few days in past. time machine had decided, unknown reason, backup corrupt (allegedly, never received message saying this). removed 2 years of data. space on drive no issue. external hard drive i'm using time machine 3tb drive , 400-500 gb in use. sparsebundle backups still has dates within going 2014. have looked , data not within folder should be, files dating january 2016. shut off time machine backups on mbp , quit using disk when made discovery few weeks back. there few days of backups performed after data deleted, hopeful, perhaps not of 2 years worth of data overwritten quickly, space available on disk.

i'm hopeful maybe else has had similar experience on forum. love hear stories possible - maybe there's success story out there? need hope can right now. thank you!

is 3tb drive used time machine chance seagate drive? 3tb seagate consumer-grade drives have appalling reputation.

btw, if had 2 time machine backups, , no original copies of data, technically, had 1 backup of data. time machine not meant means of keeping old files on hand free space on system drive.

properly, should have had external hard drive kept important data , made sure backed on both time machines.

network drive in format data rescue won't recognise when pull out hdd , hook drive dock.
