Headphone background noise? MBP 13" Mid 2013


hey there,
when popped on singapore on way australia bought myself new pair of valore hs0003 gaming headphones. however, once plugged them macbook via usb... started hearing earsplitting background pinging noise whenever sound played. e.g turn volume up, "volume turned up" sound play, , sound come @ me full force , persist few seconds after sound had finished playing. volume did not vary when turned volume full in mac's settings, leads me believe it's hardware issue although works fine on windows pc (see below), driver issue? it's hard describe sounds like; imaging sort of pinging, constant electronic beep. keep in mind 1-2 hours after bought , had taken out of packaging. use three-prong grounded connector mac, disconnecting lightning connector while playing sound did nothing change it. plugged spare windows laptop, , surprise sound still there, barely audible. fixes this?

have tried other earphones or headphones?? if , fine don't know want if aren't compatable can contact valore.
