i5 SP3 v base SP4?


last year bought inexpensive linx 8" tablet running w8.1 test waters windows tablets. having tried windows 10, i'm ready take plunge , decent one.

@ moment within budget, i'm looking @ i5 sp3 €949 (with €50 voucher towards accesories), or else ordering base sp4 €1,029.
in either case i'd looking @ getting type cover (about 150 extra), total cost €1,050 sp3 , €1,180 sp4.

can offer opinion have better performance, , whether going sp3 sp4 worth additional cost.

usage not particularly demanding...
 

isn't sp4 base model core m model?
