Iphone6s battery


i have had iphone6s 4 months. amazed @ first battery life. it's @ 40% 2.5 hours day. of have used phone half time , e-mail , web. don't think use different. did leave plugged in 2 weeks while out of country , seems since have noticed difference. advice on how can check battery condition or phone? of course have restarted , closed apps.
 

if have mac, download coconut battery. can plug in device , tells health. wouldn't have let phone sit plugged in unused 2 weeks. if health still good. maybe try restore.
