RAM Temperatures?


i upgraded ram in xserve (early 2008, 8c, 3.0) 24gb --> 32gb. new ram sticks identical 4gb hynix pc2-5300f sticks. started xserve after installing ram, , issue indicator light began flash wrong. fired server monitor , there yellow warning dot on of ram modules. of modules displaying temperature of 127ºc (261ºf) shown in attached screenshots. old ram did not this. should send ram replacement kit, or should there i'm missing? server works fine , ram seems functional except temperature warnings.

update:
removed half of new ram , replaced old ram of same size , type. 4gb pc2-5300f. when did that, system identifier light stopped flashing. checked server monitor , there no errors reported, 4 slots of ram showed in temperature section (screenshot attached). slots new ram is. strange, server running , working fine. 32gb of ram detected in os x.

Help please Strange logs
